Karma yoga makes it clear that us as humans must always work in harmony with the greater power which controls and runs the universe. ‘All actions and rewards are given to the divine’.

Kunalini Yoga -

It focuses on the psychic energy centers within the spine and much different to most of the religious systems around the world. It is said that when one becomes aroused the potential energy becomes a conscious driven force and the person can result in a state of super consciousness and bliss. It is a fact that insulin levels are highest right after a big hearty meal. Insulin suppresses HGH release and a big meal takes blood away from your muscles and redirects it to your stomach. Eating right after exercise is also important so that muscle dystrophy would not occur.

Eating before exercise
Any carbohydrate such as baked potato, bread and jam, spaghetti, or cereal are good choices. Try to eat foods with a medium glycemic index so that your body will have a constant source of energy while exercising. Do not eat chocolate, sugar cubes, and other high sugar content food.

Eating after exercise
We recommend one cup of orange juice mixed with one cup of water, and ¼ tablespoon of salt after a good workout or exercise. However, never ever drink immediately after you have run long and fast, because you can choke. Let your breath stabilise before drinking. As for food, anything high in protein is a good source, mixed with some carbohydrate. A good ratio is ¼ protein and ¾ carbohydrate.

Mixing instant breakfast with one cup of milk and one small banana is a good combination. Also, never mix protein with hot water or it will deform at a molecular level and lose its benefits. Another good alternative is 2 tablespoons of protein powder, 1 cup 2% milk, 1 cup water and a banana, or 2 slices of bread to go along with it.

What to avoid so that you can always grow taller?

Do not eat meals in large quantities. It is recommended to eat 5 - 7 meals a day. Also, never eat during two hours before sleeping. Eating right before sleep inhibits HGH release and your efforts go to waste. Most important meal of the day is breakfast. Make sure you have it. As I have read in a book, the best time to eat breakfast is 7-9 am (gosh, I am just realized I have read so many books ).

2. Drink milk or protein shake in 5 minutes after you've done working out (from a fitness magazine). Make sure your heart rate go down enough.

3. Eat a lot of protein.

4. It's healthier eating 5-6 small meals a day than eating 2-3 big meal. Make sure you don't feel hungry (as I am now....)

5.Drink water right after you wake up, before you brush your teeth. I know it sounds disgusting, but that's the way we should do. Also, I glass before you go to bed.

6. Eat at least 2-3 hours before you go to bed.

7. Don't just eat meats. Make sure you eat vegetable and fruits too.

Eating Egg Yolk to Grow Taller?

The best protein source you can eat is the YOLK of an egg. Egg yolk protein is the best protein source for height growth, its the ONLY protein source clinically proven to increase height growth. Its been shown to be able to increase height growth by as much as 25% faster than any other protein source known to man. The only use for milk is the calcium. The protein in it offers no benefit over any other protein. The study below compared milk protein with the YOLK protein from a hens egg. Only the YOLK protein has this incredible benefit for height growth. I highly recommend you purchase a WHOLE egg protein powder, that being one that contains the egg yolk and egg whites. You wont be able to find a protein powder of just egg yolk, so a whole egg protein powder will suffice.

See for yourself!

Effects of Egg Yolk Proteins on the Longitudinal Bone Growth of Adolescent Male Rats

Kang-Hyun LEEM1), Myung-Gyou KIM1), Hyun-Mi KIM2), Mujo KIM3), Young-Ja LEE4) and Hye Kyung KIM5)

1) College of Oriental Medicine, Semyung University

2) Department of Pharmaceutical Laboratory, Central Research Institute, Ilyang Pharm Co.

3) Pharma Foods International Co.

4) Pusan Regional Office, Korea Food and Drug Administration

5) Department of Food and Biotechnology, Hanseo University(Received March 12, 2004)(Accepted July 14, 2004)

Hen egg is a nutritional store for a new life. We examined the effect of egg yolk proteins on longitudinal bone growth in the rat. Protein fractions from egg yolk were tested. Milk protein, casein, was used as a control. The bone growth rate was significantly increased by yolk water-soluble protein (YSP, 100 mg/kg) administration for 5 d. The bone morphogenetic protein-2 immunostaining of growth plate was also increased. Considering the results, YSP can be used as a growth-promoting factor.

You can download the full version of this study in PDF format here;http://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/bbb/68/11/2388/_pdf

It shows the actual statistical results achieved in the study.

What is the average height? Increased production of growth hormones means greater growth of the cartilaginous portions of the vertebrae and the bones in the lower body (your leg lah!!).
Which part or point of my foot that need to be "Reflexologized"?

In the figure above, please find PITUITARY GLAND (PITUATARY - spelling error).
